Keisuke Nagura, a Japanese coffee enthusiast who moved to Tainan in search of Taiwan’s unique coffee culture, wears many hats: barista, photographer, and magazine editor. With his diverse background, he observes the city from a unique perspective.
Together with his local friend Ethan Wu, he launched a project themed “Tainan-sense”, interviewing both longtime residents and newcomers from various professions. They document the small yet meaningful moments of life in Tainan—the times when people “parking” in this beautiful city.
